All Vendor spaces are for a 16 foot frontage for both Saturday and Sunday.

This is our 16th anniversary and a lot of fun is planned. Hope you can be a part of it!

NOTE: You can not sell rhubarb sauce.
*SITE FEES:
$40.00 Crafters items, handmade by vendor
$40.00 Baked Goods, must be rhubarb oriented
$40.00 Yard Sale Items, garage sale or flea market products(will not be located with Crafters)
$50.00 Commercial, Items manufactured goods
$80.00 Food Booths, drinks and ready to eat foods
- 1) *Vendors selling food products must register with the Department of Health by April 30th. All food must comply with the Elgin Department of Health regulations.
- 2) Sites are reserved, if registered by April 1st, 2007. Post dated cheques are considered your registration date. No refunds after May 15, 2008. No Verbal reservations taken.
- 3) *Vendors registered by April 1, 2008 will be listed in our advertising catalogue. Your vendor or company name as well as your products for sale will inform the public of buying opportunities. * Please state clearly what you are selling for our records.
- 4) Total vendors are limited to 100. New vendors are considered after April 1, 2008.
- 5) Vendors must be set up and ready for business by 8:00 am Saturday and Sunday. This is a two day event.
- 6) This is an outdoor event. Security is not provided, so please make appropriate plans.
- 7) A limited number of Hydro Hookups are available at a cost of $10.00/day. Hydro requirements must be stated on your application. Many difficulties arise if hydro is expected but not ordered in advance.
- 8) Camping is Free for vendors. We are expecting close to 100 campers this year so please state your need for a camping site on your application form.
