Vendors selling food products
MUST REGISTER with the Elgin-St. Thomas
Public Health Unit by May 2. You must
provide proof of registration to our festival
committee.

Please SET UP: FRIDAY June 10th 10 AM TO 8PM
(NO SET UP SATURDAY - No Activities on Friday)
Pick up your Vendor Package and Site # at the Pavilion
Your Hours of Operation for the Festival
SATURDAY 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
SUNDAY 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
1.Total number of Vendors limited to 100, first come, first served.
2.A limited number of hydro hookups are available at an additional cost. See application for detailed prices. Review your requirements closely and hydro request must be stated on your application.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Hydro is not available on all sites.
3.Camping is free to vendors behind your site only.
This is dry camping only. In order to park your vehicle behind your canopy it must fit within your space. There is off site parking for vendors. If you wish to camp in the Campers section is an additional cost. Contact is Sharon Degraw - see camping page on this site.
4.Vendors must be set up and open for business by Saturday 8:00 am and Sunday 8:00 am.
5.This is an outdoor event. Be sure to bring tie down straps for possible high winds, plastic covers in case of rain. Extension cords if hydro ordered. Security is not provided so please make appropriate plans.
6.Bring your own table, cloths & skirts to keep your boxes and overstock out of view to consumers. Bring your own chairs and tables and set up tools.
7.We only supply the space for your selling area.
