After a restful summer hiatus, the Rosy Festival Committee is returning to begin planning for the next Rosy Rhubarb Festival to be held on June 13&14, 2026!
This time marks the beginning of a new cycle. A time when members shuffle (or not) their roles, a time for reflection and consideration of new ideas, and a time when we actively recruit volunteers.

Volunteering with Rosy offers the opportunity to give back to the community that you choose to reside in, to learn about the history of that community and the people who are your neighbours, and to offer your unique skills and abilities toward a common and collaborative end.
The Rosy Committee is an independent and self-regulated committee and while we are non-registered and not-for-profit, we do abide by a Constitution and Bylaws which act as a guideline in conducting our meetings and general business. All business and decisions are voted on following accepted rules of governance. The committee is ideally comprised of 12-15 members. We meet 2 hours once per month for 8 months of the year culminating in the 2-day Rosy Rhubarb Festival in June.
For the past two years the Rosy Committee has strived to modernize how we do business by updating and utilizing available digital and electronic tools, through an enhanced and professional online presence, and by surveying and listening to what our patrons desire the Festival to be. Members are guided and supported by the group as a whole, however, they have the opportunity to be independent thinkers and doers.
Learn how Rosy fundraising has benefited the Keystone Complex and groups within the area on our website “About” page and PLEASE consider answering our call for volunteers. If you want to learn more feel free to contact me at sandy.rosyrhubarb@gmail.com
