What a weekend! Rosy Rhubarb Festival 2026 will certainly be remembered for years to come.

We'll all be saying, "Remember the year Vendor Alley was nearly sold out by Saturday afternoon... and then a torrential downpour arrived midway through Sunday?"
While Mother Nature had the final say, the Rosy Rhubarb Festival Planning Committee is incredibly grateful that we were able to bring our beloved community festival to life and create so many wonderful memories.
A Weekend Filled with Community Spirit
Despite road construction throughout the area, the community showed up in a big way.
Highlights from the weekend included:
Busy community yard sales throughout the township
Approximately 5,000 visitors through the festival gates
A bustling Vendor Alley packed shoulder-to-shoulder with shoppers
A delicious and well-attended Lions Club Breakfast
Campers enjoying a relaxing festival atmosphere
Popular baking and rhubarb plant competitions
An unforgettable Opening Ceremonies, complete with dignitaries led by a regaled bagpiper
Fantastic live entertainment that took audiences from the Scottish Highlands to classic rock favourites
And, of course... the food!
Festival-goers enjoyed everything from international flavours and local home-style favourites to burgers, fries, candy floss, popcorn, and those unforgettable crazy-shaped ice cream treats.
It Takes a Community
The Rosy Rhubarb Festival simply wouldn't happen without the incredible support of our sponsors, volunteers, community partners, and dedicated individuals.
